As a deeper extension of the Clarity Assessment, immersions are used when one of the core areas—Identity + Direction, Products + Services, or Presence + Operations—requires deeper understanding before additional strategy or development begins.

Immersions typically run one to three days, depending on complexity, and conclude with an Insight Summary outlining what we uncovered and what it means for the work ahead.

Clarity Assessment

A comprehensive review of your business to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where the greatest opportunities lie. Our strategist spends the whole day with you at your location, if possible, to see firsthand where you work, how you work, and how your team serves your customers.

Much of the day is dedicated to focused discussion exploring three core areas of the business: Identity + Direction, Products + Services, and Presence + Operations. The goal is to understand your priorities, determine the highest return focus for your investment, and deliver clear, prioritized recommendations.

The assessment also includes a preliminary report outlining your website performance, SEO health, online listings accuracy, reviews, and Google Business Profile score, giving us a clear picture of your current digital presence. Following the Clarity Assessment, you’ll receive a detailed Clarity Brief and Engagement Proposal outlining recommended priorities, scope, and investment based on what we uncover together.
