Strategic Business Evaluation

A comprehensive view of your business to identify
strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.

big picture

Let's identify the problems, so we can recommend a solution.

The 2-5 Day Strategic Business Evaluation goes in-depth into understanding the present state of your business. This comprehensive approach enables us to thoroughly understand your company and its goals, so we can create a customized plan that meets your specific needs.

By analyzing key components—from your brand positioning and website performance to marketing strategies and internal systems—we help you identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.

This process helps us understand your company at a high level first, so we can dial down into the different facets more effectively, ensuring that every aspect of your strategy is aligned for success. Whether you’re optimizing existing efforts or pivoting to new growth strategies, our evaluation provides actionable insights that give you the clarity and confidence to make informed decisions.

What it looks like:

Assessment Presentation:

  • Brand: Evaluate brand audience, foundation, messaging, visuals, positioning, and experience.

  • Website: Review website performance, user experience, functionality, content, integrations, and conversion optimization.

  • Marketing: Assess current client-facing marketing efforts, such as social media, ads, and emails, which includes a complete SEO audit to identify gaps and opportunities for improving search engine rankings.

Discussion and Review:

  • Company Priorities + Status: Discuss short-term and long-term goals, current issues, transitions, sales, and upcoming decisions.

  • Products + Services: Understand and assess their purpose, audience, pricing, performance, and presentation.

  • Sales Process Evaluation: Review your sales funnel, lead generation, and conversion strategies.

  • Internal Systems Review: Analyze internal processes and systems to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

A 60-minute phone call cannot determine what the problems really are, but a Strategic Business Evaluation can.

FAQ about Strategic Business Evaluation:

How long does the Strategic Business Evaluation take?

It depends on how large your company is. Small companies will take 2 days. Larger companies can take 3-5 days.

Is the Strategic Business Evaluation in person?

Yes. This has to be done in person, so you can either come to our office in Minneapolis or we can come to you—wherever that is. Depending on the complexity of your company, it would be one or two of our team members attending.

Do I need a Strategic Business Evaluation?

Yes. Results won’t happen if problems aren’t solved. Problems can’t be solved if we don’t know what it is. Needing a new website isn’t solving a problem. Our objective in this evaluation is to identify the real problem and a solution to get you the results and ROI to pay for the project in a year.

Years ago when we did only small projects, we used to do a one hour via phone call but even for a small project, it wasn’t enough time to really determine the solution for the companies we worked with.

We know that our process works and produces much greater results when time is spent understanding, researching, and strategizing a solution.

What our clients say about our work.

We are so greatly for Re3. We came to them with an inactive blank website and an idea, and they turned that idea into something our company is so proud of. One of the huge benefits of Re3 is they don’t just build a professional site, they helped design and formulate our: color palate, logos, business cards, photo, videography and company values/mission statements. Re3 being able to do all this, made it such a seamless issues when building and launching a website. I 100% recommend Re3 if you are looking for anything website or brand building related. Lastly the biggest thing I appreciate about them is that they genuinely want you to succeed. They continue to be involved with any updates needed and any problem solving.
