Formerly known as Ehrnriter Cares, ECCG was reintroduced with a new name, brand, and digital presence to better reflect its vision and values. As a people-centered in-home support agency, ECCG is dedicated to walking alongside clients on their journey toward greater fulfillment, joy, and independence. With a reputation for higher standards of care, intentional hiring, and strong field support, ECCG combines compassion with accountability—serving clients, caregivers, and caseworkers with empathy, trust, and consistency.

The Challenge

ECCG’s brand and website didn’t reflect the quality of care or the scale of support they deliver. The visual identity felt dated, messaging lacked clarity and empathy, and the site didn’t communicate staffing, training, career pathways, or benefits in a way that attracted the right talent. As the agency grew, they needed an authoritative yet warm brand, better storytelling for clients, case workers, and caregivers, and digital systems that support screening, communication, accountability, and retention.

The Solution

We led ECCG through a complete brand transformation—starting with strategy to clarify their mission, values, and unique position in the industry. We created a new visual identity to convey professionalism and compassion, and rebuilt the website with clear messaging for clients, caregivers, and caseworkers. The site also highlights career opportunities, pay, and benefits to attract and retain the right candidates. To strengthen operations, we implemented a custom HIPAA-compliant CRM that streamlines intake, staff screening, training, and field coordination, ensuring accountability and consistency across the organization.

ECCG now presents a cohesive, people-first brand that matches how they serve. The new website is straightforward and reassuring—making it easier for clients, case workers, and caregivers to understand services, set expectations, and connect. The Careers experience clearly outlines pay, benefits, schedules, and growth, helping attract the right candidates and reduce mismatches. With a HIPAA-compliant CRM in place, ECCG has better visibility across intake, staffing, and field operations—supporting consistency, follow-through, and long-term relationships. The organization is positioned to grow while protecting what matters most: quality care and human dignity.
