For more than 20 years, The Heritage Center has been a trusted destination for weddings, corporate events, galas, and celebrations throughout the Twin Cities. As the venue entered a new chapter with the addition of Mintahoe Catering, the leadership team recognized an opportunity to better communicate who they were, what they offered, and the experience guests could expect.
We began with brand strategy, taking the time to understand the business, its audience, and its long-term vision before moving into creative execution. Together, we developed a stronger market position, refined messaging, and established a clear direction for the brand. That strategic foundation influenced far more than the website. It gave leadership the confidence to invest in updates throughout the venue, including refreshed décor and guest spaces, creating an experience that aligned with the new brand strategy. Together, we clarified their positioning, messaging, customer experience, and long-term direction, giving every creative decision a clear purpose. From there, we developed a refreshed visual identity, professional messaging, and a completely redesigned website that showcases the venue, highlights the new catering partnership, and provides prospective clients with a more intuitive planning experience. The result is a digital presence that reflects the professionalism and hospitality guests experience in person.
The Heritage Center now has a brand and digital presence that better reflects the quality of the experience it has delivered for more than 20 years. With a clear positioning strategy and refined messaging, the organization is able to communicate its value more confidently across every customer touchpoint.
The strategic direction established during the project extended beyond marketing. Leadership invested in refreshing décor and guest spaces throughout the venue to better align the physical experience with the updated brand, creating greater consistency from a visitor’s first impression online to the moment they walk through the doors.
