FEATURED PROJECT

Getty Construction

Client Intro

Location: Buffalo, MN
Owner: Dylan Getty
Website: https://www.gettyconstructionmn.com/

Getty Construction is a Minnesota design–build and remodeling firm led by owner Dylan Getty, carrying forward a reputation started by his father. The team manages whole-home renovations and select commercial projects with in-house interior design and a tight bench of vetted trade partners. They aren’t chasing volume; they’re focused on larger, end-to-end projects—and expanding into custom new home builds. Notable collaborations include multi-location work with Billy Sushi. Their sweet spot is West Metro homeowners (think Minnetonka, Orono, Medina, Wayzata, and neighboring lakes communities) looking to invest in transformative projects.

The Challenge

Getty’s ambitions had outgrown their website. The old structure didn’t qualify higher-budget homeowners, didn’t clearly differentiate residential vs. commercial paths, and made it hard to showcase craftsmanship at the “whole home” scale they prefer. It also lacked location depth for West Metro searches, didn’t communicate their accurate-bid/clear-allowances stance, and wasn’t set up to segment inquiries or speak cleanly to partners like architects, property managers, and GMs. A full rebrand wasn’t on the table, but the digital experience needed to feel more elevated without departing from their existing identity.

The Solution

We rebuilt Getty’s web presence around how they actually win work. The new structure separates residential and commercial with anchor hubs, adds dedicated service pages for New Home Build, Home Remodel, Interior Design, Tenant Build-Outs, and Commercial Renovations, and introduces portfolio categories that highlight both whole-home and restaurant projects. We created West Metro city pages, including Minnetonka, Orono, Medina, and Wayzata, to improve local search visibility. Conditional inquiry forms were added to guide residential and commercial leads into the right process with tailored questions and expectations. The updated visuals remained true to their existing brand, introducing a sub-logo, refined gray tones, and project-driven imagery. Copy was refreshed to emphasize their accurate bidding process, clear allowances, strong communication, and schedule discipline. The entire site was built to be mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, and easy for the team to maintain.

The Deliverables

The Results

Getty Construction now shows up online the way they show up on site: organized, precise, and capable of handling large and complex work. Homeowners can quickly see the scale of projects Getty takes on, understand investment expectations, and move into the right conversation through tailored forms. The site’s city pages strengthen visibility in the West Metro, while the new portfolio and service structure position Getty for the next chapter with larger whole-home projects and entry into custom new builds. They’re positioned to acheive greater growth in the first year and beyond.
